City Gym Glasgow has an excellent team of trainers and fitness instructors who are passionate about what they do and equally passionate about helping members to work towards their fitness ambitions.
They all come from different fitness backgrounds which adds to the diverse feel of a gym which is very different to many gyms across Glasgow.
Joe CoffeyJoe has worked at City Gym for over two years. He is a former rugby player and is now actively involved in Wrestling which takes him all over Scotland and the world. Joe leads classes at City Gym as well as running his own independent Personal Training company.
James AitchesonJames has now worked at City Gym for over two years. He is a fully qualified fitness instructor and enjoys nothing more than helping members with their workouts and being in the gym environment.
He has a passion for bodybuilding and fitness and can be found training in City Gym when he's not working there. In the very near future James plans to become a qualified Personal Trainer and sees City Gym as the perfect place to develop his career.
David LangDavid has worked at City Gym for over a year. David has previously competed in athletics, gymnastics, weightlifting, kickboxing and bodybuilding. He has competed, placed and won his class in Scottish natural bodybuilding competitions. He currently blogs regularly for City Gym on a variety of topics. Craig FalconerCraig opened City Gym in its current form in July 2009. He has worked as a Personal Trainer for 5 years now and continues to build City Gym's Personal Training Service with the assistance of his growing team of exceptional trainers.
Craig competes in bodybuilding at local and national level and has raised the sport's profile in City Gym with a growing number of members showing an interest in taking part.
